What helps us help you
If you're reporting a problem with a test, a few details make it much faster to fix:
- Which test it was — a link to the exact page is ideal.
- Your browser and device (for example, "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone").
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- A screenshot, if the issue is something you can see.
Corrections
Our benchmark tables and explanations are drawn from widely reported figures, and we'd rather be accurate than convenient. If a number looks wrong or a claim is out of date, send us the detail and a source if you have one, and we'll review it.
Response time
We're a small team, so replies can take a few days. There's no phone line and no live chat — email is the only channel, which keeps things simple and means nothing gets lost.
